Which is to say someone who’s learned how to scale a team, work with managers and roadmaps, use market and tech constraints as leverage rather than obstacles, and build things that people love and want to use.
I live in Canada on a cliff overlooking a waterfall and, consequently if not unsurprisingly, work mostly with distributed teams. If we slack you can expect movie/tv recommendations or adorable animal GIFs—sometimes both if we get lucky.
