When I joined Speechify I scribbled “the easiest way to listen to the world’s information” as our product vision, and then built a design org to deliver just that. In eight months we rebranded, rebuilt the iOS app, shipped Android, iterated on our browser extensions, launched the web app, and lit up a design ops team. Design at the speed of sound, ftw.
